Oh come on, this will never hold up. All church buildings are not the same size. The little country chapel and the municipal cathedral cannot be treated the same. Also, there is no basis to treat church gatherings differently than restaurants crowds, just to cite one example. These emergency powers are not without extreme tests and limits. These governors need to do their homework and get better counsel.
