A federal judge dismissed OAN’s lawsuit against MSNBC’S Rachel Maddow, stating that Maddow’s patently false claims are simply her “opinions.” However, Maddow made every effort to portray her statements as facts and such a decision should be made by a jury, not a lone judge. The judge decided Maddows words were so absurd that no one would believe them, so they were not accepted lies. Another liberal judge pushing new world Socialism.
Just look at her body language, she's not a person you want to listen to, when she speaks. She's so fake, it's written all over her face.
This Federal judge just assured the layman that there is now no chance of knowing the truth. Lying is legal and liability judges can throw good valid claims out. Leaving the layman no way to judge on a personal level. We're screwed.
